about
My love for design has its roots in the early years of my childhood. Every year, my older sister and I would begin our Christmas decorations on Thanksgiving weekend. We’d start by cutting scraps of old wrapping paper and pieces of holiday cards. We'd trace and cut and glue and glitter to our hearts’ content.
Since those earliest years, I have loved color, the texture of paper, the smell of print — and have always had an innate appreciation for good design, whether a birthday card or an email banner, a well-balanced poster or an arresting logo design. So, after growing weary of a career in landscape design, it only made sense that I would transition to a career in graphic design, where my fondness for space and color could find room to breathe.
In my current role in higher education marketing, I bring a multi-faceted approach to my work, blending brand management, marketing strategy, and creative execution. With a strong design foundation, I have a unique ability to bridge visual storytelling and strategic marketing, creating campaigns that not only attract and engage a diverse student body but also foster lifelong connections.
Whether I’m leading comprehensive marketing programs or providing design services for campus partners, my goal is to drive lasting engagement through thoughtful, strategic, and creative solutions. It all began with wrapping paper and holiday cards, cut up and composed to make something new. While the goals of my work have evolved, my passion for the craft remains unchanged.
